Shipping:
We currently only ship within the continental Unites States (sorry Hawaiians and Alaskans!).
Orders will be shipped ground service through either Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS. We currently do not offer expedited shipping.
Your order may arrive in several packages as it may ship directly from the manufacturer(s). By registering on the site, you will be able to track your order in progress, and be notified when packages have left the warehouse.
Shipping Rates:
We are offering free shipping on EVERY ORDER over $50 through April 30th, 2012.
Return Policy:
All returns require a return authorization number, which may be obtained by contacting us at info@babygearandmore.com or at 1-888-401-1666. Please DO NOT send your purchase back without obtaining a return authorization number - this may result in lost or misplaced return. Please be sure to have your order number handy when you write or call.
Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% depending upon the manufacturer’s policy.
Damage:
Upon receipt of your package, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any shipping damage, please contact us at info@babygearandmore.com or call us at 1-888-401-1666. Damaged merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. You must keep all packaging, including boxes, shipping labels, and packing materials for return. Please be sure to have your order number handy when you write or call.
Other Reasons:
Returns for reasons other than damage are gladly accepted within 30 days of date of purchase but you must keep the merchandise in the original packaging and in unused condition.
We are not responsible for return shipping charges unless the item was shipped to you damaged.
The Fine Print:
Certain Sale, Clearance or Personalized items may be Final Sale and non-returnable.
Warranty or Repair:
For warranty items all warranty items are handled through the manufacturer or dealer. We will be happy to assist you in contacting them if needed.
